Culinary delights at the Talhof Wildschönau

Seasonal, regional and simply good!

In summer we serve warm meals in the evenings, and in winter you can enjoy our changing, seasonal menu all day long. The sun terrace invites you to enjoy yourself in both summer and winter, whether for dinner or in the afternoon with coffee, cake and drinks. The adjacent playground is easily visible from the terrace and is safe for your children thanks to the natural fence.

 

Whenever possible, we source our basic products regionally, many from the Wildschönau farmer “Prädastenhof”, such as fresh meat, eggs or milk. Traditionally, our popular grilled pork knuckle awaits you on Thursdays, on Saturdays we serve tender lamb and on Sundays we have our already legendary barbecue evening.

 

Our Müllerin brook trout comes from fresh Tyrolean spring water and we also prefer to cook whatever the season has to offer.

Prefer to prepare breakfast yourself in the apartment?

No problem. And you can simply take the fresh bread and other delicacies from our buffet to your apartment in the morning without having to order in advance.

Our pork, cream cheese, buttermilk and eggs come from Prädastenhof, a direct marketing farm. And even related to us. This means we not only guarantee first-class quality and freshness, but also short delivery routes and support the small farms in our region. Cheers to you!

By the way, our gastronomy is by no means only available to our hotel guests. In our cozy parlors as well as outside, we also serve the people of Wildschönau and holidaymakers who would like to stop by. By the way, you always have the playground in sight when you dine with us, while your children prefer to run around.

Half-board allows you to help yourself to a rich salad buffet and choose between three main courses every day.

 

There is also a starter and a delicious dessert – all freshly prepared and cooked with love. In the evening you can also dine à la carte and choose exactly what you feel like.

 

You have the freedom to arrange your meals according to your wishes – a gourmet breakfast from the buffet, half board, sandwich service or self-catering with the option of enjoying à la carte in the evening.

 

Of course, you can get everything from our menu to go and eat it in your apartment. We also offer vegetarian and gluten-free dishes, however no vegan dishes.

Our tip: Grandma Traudi's apple strudel

Grandma Traudi is a hit with all foodies: Her apple strudel in particular is a real highlight. All our cakes and tarts are homemade, of course.
