Baby cots are available for free but must be ordered two days before arrival. Please bring along your own pillow and blanket or sleeping bag for the baby cot.
In summer on Sunday evenings, we don’t offer the normal menu.
From beginning of July to the beginning of September we offer a barbecue.
For the barbecue we serve different kinds of meat, fish, vegetarian food, and a big salat buffet. The barbecue lasts from 06.00 to 07.00 pm. We recommend booking a table!
You can rent a bath robe directly at the reception. You don’t need to book in advance. For bath robes we charge 8,-/person/stay. We don’t offer children’s bath robes.
We offer a bike room in our underground car park. With your room card you can enter this room. Here you can also load your e-bikes for free. Bike rentals you find directly in our Village.
If you prepare breakfast on your own, we offer a bread roll service. You don’t need to order in advance. From 07.30 am on you can pick up everything from our breakfast buffet. On the first morning we give you a list where you can fill in everything you take during the whole stay.
Breakfast is from 08.00 to 10.00 am.
You don’t need to book breakfast in advance. You can order upon arrival. Breakfast costs 19,-/day. (Children from 3 to 11 years 14,-)

Our Reception is open daily from 08.00 to 11.00 am and from 03.00 to 07.00 pm.
Wednesday afternoon our reception is closed.
If your room is available before 03.00 pm, we will place your key in an envelope at our reception desk. You can already enter your room and we are happy to welcome you at 03.00 pm to do the check in.
If you arrive later than 07.00 pm, please let us know by phone until 07.00 pm.
Don’t forget to contact us to make sure that we leave the entrance door open for you!
Check out 08.00 am to 10.00 pm. Late check out is not possible.
If you are leaving very early, please do the check out one day before from 03.00 to 07.00 pm.
There is a filter coffee machine and a Nespresso capsule machine in each apartment. Capsules are available at the reception.
We accept Cash, Bank Cards, Visa- and Mastercard. Please mind that we don’t accept American Express and Lufthansa Miles & More Cards.
Dogs must be registered with the booking. Please mind that we don’t accommodate dogs when they are not registered before. You can bring along your dog to our restaurant and to our farm as well.
If you walk the dog, please don’t enter the meadows next to the hotel. 200 m away from the hotel there is a bridge next to a forest where you can let your dog run. There is a dog toilette opposite the hotel.
You can charge your car in our underground car park. Before first use please register at reception. Please mind that we don’t have an automatic billing system. At the end of your stay we need to know how many KWh you have charged.
You don’t need to book half board in advance. Half board (breakfast + dinner) costs 41,-/person/day (children from 3 to 11 years 31,-).
Half board is not possible if you only stay for one night. Half board is only possible for every evening. In summer on Wednesdays only breakfast is possible. In summer our restaurant is closed on Wednesday evening.
Breakfast is from 08.00 to 10.00 am.
Dinner (half board) is from 05.30 to 07.30 pm.
A la carte you can order food from 05.00 to 08.00 pm (summer) and from 11.30 to 08.00 pm (winter).
Closing hour 10.00 pm.
For small kids we offer a fenced playground just next to the sun terrace of the restaurant. Inside we offer two playrooms. One for small kids with climbing wall, adventure castle and soft building blocks and another one for older kids with table tennis and pool billiard.
Our farm is about 15 min away by car. To enter the farm, you need your room card to open the automatic door. At the old farmhouses just next to the lake you find chairs, a boat and lots of other facilities you can use. At the end we please you to bring everything back from where you got it.
In one of the small huts there is a shower, a toilet, a kitchen, a refrigerator with cold drinks and ice cream and a coffee machine. There is a small money box where you can pay for drinks and ice cream.

The automatic door at the main entrance and the door from the car park into the hotel are closed from 10.00 pm to 07.00 am. During this time, you need your room card to enter the hotel.
The parking spaces in front of the hotel are for check in and check out only. All the other times you park your car in our underground car park. The height of our car park is 2,35 m.
You can order extra pillows for your room. Please mind that under each sofa bed you can find extra pillows and blankets.
Open from 07.00 am to 07.30 pm. You can use the towels from your apartment. On the way to the pool, you find a small red locker for new towels. The lockers are filled up with fresh towels every day. The old towels you put into the big whole next to the lockers.
Sauna and Spa are Open from 03.00 am to 07.30 pm.
On the public bus line in Oberau there is a bus every hour in both directions. In main seasons in Summer (June – September) and in winter (X-mas to middle of march) there is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel. All buses are included in your Wildschoenau Card.

There is no room service for our apartments. If you would like the apartment to be cleaned during your stay, please let us know one day before. For extra cleaning service we charge 20,-/night.
Cleaning equipment you can find in our guest washroom on the ground floor on the way to the pool next to the red towel lockers.
You can dispose your garbage in our separation room on the ground floor. The room is accessible only from outside next to the swimming pool.
Please separate your waste into glass, paper, plastic, metal and organic waste.

Between the underground car park and the hotel, you find our ski depot.
There is a heated ski locker for each apartment.
Every ski ticket can be purchased directly at the reception
The ski rental of Josef Schoner is located just 200 m away from the ENI Petrol station. Here you find ski equipment for good prices. You don’t need to book in advance.
You don’t need to book ski lessons or ski equipment in advance. Our two ski instructors will be at the hotel on the evening of your arrival. We offer personal training as well as group lessons for adults and children.
Smoking is prohibited in the hotel. We don’t mind if you smoke on your balcony. Please don’t forget to close the balcony door while you are smoking.
The next SPAR Supermarket is 2 km away from the hotel.

Can be found in your red towel lockers on the ground floor on the way to the pool.
You find towels, and dishtowels in your room. On the way to the pool, you find a red locker for each apartment. In the locker you find fresh towels every day.
Next to the lockers there is a big whole where you can put the old ones.
Please separate paper, glass, plastic, metal and organic waste. Our waste separation room is located on the ground floor, outside, next to the swimming pool.
Washing machine, dryer and iron are placed in our guest washroom on the ground floor next to the towel lockers.
Please let us know before you use the washing machine. Washing 4,50/Dryer 4,50.
