Hello and welcome to the Aparthotel Talhof – your home from home! Here with us, the Riedmann family, you can expect a warm and relaxed atmosphere in which everyone is welcome and can develop freely. Our aparthotel in the beautiful Wildschönau, in the town of Oberau to be precise, has been family-run for two generations.
You can feel this in every detail. Franz is your contact person at reception in the morning and in the evening he is out with the PistenBully snow groomer to prepare the two slopes of the hotel's own ski lifts for the next day.
Meanwhile, his wife Elfi takes care of everything else. Grandma Traudi built up the business with Grandpa Sepp before handing it over to the youngsters. She is an indispensable part of the kitchen team, which she ran for 40 years and still lends a hand there. Meanwhile, Grandpa Sepp manages the sheep farm in summer and the lift operation in the family business in winter.
We, Franz and Elfi, your hosts, are proud parents of three kids, wo we know exactly what you and your family need on holiday. Our apartment hotel is absolutely child-friendly, safe and family-friendly. You will immediately feel at home because as we live in the hotel ourselves, there is always someone on the premises who will personally take care of your wellbeing.
Our home town of Wildschönau is a gift for everyone. That’s why regionality and sustainability are particularly important to us. We mainly use local products from farmers and producers in the region and pay attention to environmentally friendly, sustainable management.
