Our family-run hotel Talhof Wildschönau, dating back two generations, is an exciting location. Whether you are travelling with the kids, bringing your grandma with you or coming for a few days skiing or hiking with your friends: With us you have freedom, plenty of space and the largest playground in the world on your doorstep – the healthy nature of the Wildschönau high valley in the Kitzbühel Alps.
The Talhof Wildschönau is surrounded by greenery, right by cycling and hiking trails in the stunning landscape of the Kitzbühel Alps. The free hiking and ski bus conveniently stops right in front of the hotel. In winter, the hotel's own "Roggenboden" ski area, cross-country ski trails, a ski school, a toboggan run and winter hiking trails are located directly next to the hotel.
The award-winning “Skijuwel Alpbachtal Wildschönau”, one of the ten largest ski areas in Tyrol, offers endless possibilities for winter sports enthusiasts.

Our apartment hotel offers you 16 ultra-modern, fully equipped apartments with one to three bedrooms. Here you can cook for yourself, make use of our packed lunch service or eat well in the restaurant as part of the half-board or à la carte option.
The spacious wellness area with indoor pool, various saunas and a beautiful sun terrace invites you to relax. For the children we have a secure children's playground right outside the building and two indoor playrooms. Use of the private natural lake on our alpine sheep pasture is exclusively reserved for our guests.
Little adventurers feel just as comfortable with us as sporting enthusiasts, wellness lovers and pleasure seekers. The relaxed atmosphere allows everyone to spend the day however they want.
